We urge you to please read delivery information carefully prior to placing the order in order to avoid misunderstandings/confusions later and ensure information such as “Recipient Name, Recipient address and telephone no etc. are correctly provided.
Correct delivery information is important for timely delivery of your order. Although we do our best to deliver your orders as specified by you, but this becomes difficult at times in absence of correct delivery instructions/information.
Please go through the below mentioned details:
– We will try our level best to deliver your order to the right recipient but due to unavoidable reason, where our delivery man / florist cannot reach to the recipient due to limitation like “hospital, public places, military bases, cemeteries, offices and rural areas. In that case, the flowers/gifts will be handed over to the person as advised by the recipient.
– If you would like to send your gifts on “specific / exact” time, we cannot and will not take any type of guarantee for the “specific / exact” time for delivery due to so many logistics involved. But while placing the order, we request you to please mention your request for the “specific / exact” timing delivery. We will try our level best to deliver the same as requested. You can additional information in this regard from our customer support center by email or phone.
– The premises are found locked and if recipient are not at home. In that case, we will deliver the flowers / gifts to the neighbors only if they are ready to accept the same on recipient behalf.
– Airports and Railway station order for delivery are not accepted. Please do not place the order for the same places.
– In case recipient is not at home or office to receive the gifts, our delivery guy will leave your valuable gift to whoever is available at the house or office. And if the neighbors and whoever so as referred by the recipient refuse to accept then order will be delivered on next business day after confirming with recipient.
– We will call the recipient at their telephone number to take the direction only if we are unable to locate the address. But we always try to maintain not to call the recipient and keep it a secret of surprise for your dears once.
– Please make sure, you must provide us the correct information of recipient as required in the order form. Please also let us know any other information that you think will help us reaching the right place on time. If we found information provided by you is incorrect / wrong, we will not be answerable / responsible for the wrong delivery. But we will try our level best to deliver your order on the very next business day.
– Most of the delivery done in the business hours (9 AM to 7 PM) only by our service providers in weekdays. If do not find any problem at the time of delivery or if customer give instructions for specific timing and accordingly we do the delivery. However, we are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery, all the delivery may be taken for either an AM or PM, but cannot be guaranteed in any case. The reason is our service providers are in different cities and having different schedule for every delivery.
– We assured you that we will take utmost care to ensure that your flowers/gifts are delivery in stipulated time. If the recipient is working or leaves for the work early and you want the gifts reach him/her on time, so it is always better to provide us the office address instead of residence address. So that the gifts can be reach on time to recipient. Providing incomplete or incorrect address or phone no will create confusion and may delay the delivery, so please make sure that whatever the information provided to us must be correct. – We are unable to deliver the cake early in morning, since the cake cook early in the morning and we cannot get the cake at night from the bakery for the delivery in the morning. If we do that, the cake will not be suitable for eating or cake will be stale by the time it reaches the receiver. And in the summers, the cake might be delivered in the evening just to avoid mess up the cake. If we try to deliver your cake in the burning heat the cake might vanished the original shape.
– During festival seasons or peak trading days such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day, all the service providers/florists are having loads of deliveries or operate extended hours, in that case delivery times may be extended due to heavy load of deliveries. So please consider the fact, the short delivery times can be guaranteed, regardless of any request otherwise.
Delivery Location / Areas:
– There is NO EXTRA CHARGES if the recipient address is within the city limits. IndianFreshFlowers.com can deliver in all the cities that are mentioned on the site. If you want to place the order for the cities or towns that are not listed in the site, in that case, please contact us ahead of time. Because in remote places deliveries special attention or delivery arrangements to be made in advance.
– The orders for P.O.Boxes and APO’s are not accepted.
– We recommend to the customers that they should place their valuable orders minimum 2-3 days in advance in case of major holiday or national holiday.
– If your requested product or gifts send by courier from services like Blue Dart , Fed Ex, DTDC or Pafex etc. The delivery person may leave your products / parcel at your doorstep if he does not meet the concerned person in the house. In that case, we will not able to take the signatures of the recipient.
– We deliver on all days including Sunday and National Holidays.
– If you want to place order after cutoff time 3 PM IST. You can still place the order but we request you to please call our customer support center before placing such orders.
– If we fail to deliver the order due to unavoidable situation or the event that beyond our limits. We reserve the right to deliver to the order next day. Or some items in the orders are not delivery on desired date due to the reasons beyond our control like strike/Natural Calamity. In that case also, we reserve the right to deliver the order next day.
– If Valentine’s Day is full of activity and busiest day for all the service providers/florist. We request you to place the orders 2 days in advance just to ensure your order is delivered on the desired date. Order placed after this date may be scheduled for the next day delivery. But we will try to execute your order for the same day delivery.
– Mother’s Day generally comes on Sunday, and all your orders will be delivered on that day only, however if the area is far off or it is an office address, it might be scheduled on Saturday also.
– Order or Midnight deliveries are possible in some areas with and extra delivery charges because it requires special care and arrangement. If you are placing the orders for midnight, please must confirm delivery address from our customer support center before placing the orders.
– If our delivery person is already all the way to deliver your order or on date of delivery, in that case no cancellation is allowed.
– Once your valuable order successfully delivered, you will receive an email from us informing that your gifts / order has been delivered. Please must provide a valid email address, so that we can all the communication can be sent regarding your orders.
– “Track your order” section will help you get the status of your order is updated from time to time.
– The email will be sent to you informing the order has been delivered. But we cannot confirm you the recipient name only where the signature is not readable / understandable. – The delivery confirmation will be updated 6 PM, so please wait till then. And it might be delayed only in peak business days or national holidays.
– If we don’t get the Proof of delivery same day, you will receive the confirmation the very next day. But it does not mean that your valuable order has not been delivered.
– We will update you via email or phone if recipient refuse to accept the gifts or it returned by the recipient or whatever the case may be which consequence into non-delivery of your orders. We will update you time to time.
